A Parking App That Causes Parking Tickets
UPDATED AFTER DEVELOPER RESPONSE:
The response completely misses the point.
My review was not a request for instructions on how to use the app.I clearly reported selecting 2 hours 15 minutes and then ending up with a 5‑minute session after registering my car and payment details, resulting in a parking ticket.
Explaining how the app is supposed to work does not explain how that happened.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I wish I'd read the reviews first. After entering my registration number and payment details, the parking duration changed from 2 hours 15 minutes to 5 minutes. I didn't notice the change and received a parking ticket. Looking through the reviews I can see other users reporting parking-ticket-related failures as well. The entire point of a parking app is to prevent this from happening.

Notification failure
The app says it will notify you 15 minutes before your parking expires. I didn’t. Got a ticket.

Can’t sign up
Doesn’t send a SMS to my US phone number (tried with +1, 001 and without prefix). No error, FAQ entry about foreign numbers or obvious alternate registration method.
