Aplicatie care lasa de dorit
Mi-as fi dorit ca aplicatia sa fie mult mai buna decat este. In momentul cautarii f specifice a unui produs aplicatia nu gaseste produsul. Este destul de dificila codarea produselor. Multa munca mai este necesara pana reusiti sa faceti aceasta aplicatie usor de utilizat.
Optimizare aplicație
Produs în aplicație ca “nu s-a găsit”, însă facturat și livrat. Pentru băuturi nu există opțiunea de bax, în opinia mea ar trebui să fie. Am introdus numărul de sticle în bax, a fost facturat și livrat pe bucată (o bucată). De asemenea nu înțeleg diferențele de preț. PER total ok, necesita optimizare.

Îți mulțumim pentru feedback! Actualizăm stocurile frecvent, iar produsul care inițial nu s-a găsit ar fi putut fi localizat ulterior de livrator în altă parte din magazin. În ceea ce privește băuturile, unele sunt disponibile doar pe bucată, iar altele și pe bax, în funcție de oferta magazinului și de cum sunt listate produsele. Vom lua în considerare sugestiile tale pentru a îmbunătăți serviciul. Sperăm să rămâi alături de Bringo! 🌟

Foarte ușor de mânuit. Ușor de făcut comanda chiar si pt persoane mai in vârsta fără multe cunoștință de calculator.

I have been using this appsince before the pandemic. It was a lifesaver during the pandemic in spite of many wobbles and squiggles related to stock updates.
No matter how I struggle to update the app the phone number they call is always wrong and the address is always off so more phone calls are needed for each delivery
Bringo is mainly peddling Carrefour inventory from Carrefour, Cora and Supeco, brands it also owns and Auchan which it is believed to have a stake in.
Since the pandemic the choice of products has been constantly dwindling in the relevant departments like grocery deli meats fish etc, while the selection for irrelevant items like cosmetics certain cleaning products or pet foods surpasses what would make sense for an online grocery store imho
The 5 star ratings I suspect to be fake.
In spite of all the shortcomings and downgrade of its former self it has become it is still a very helpful option, especially for delivering heavy and bulky staples like water bottles TP, veggies etc

Cei mai slabi din toata Romania
Cel mai prost serviciu, nu exista mai prost. Durere in spate din partea celor de aministreaza serviciul, livratorio sunt absolut tupeisti, prost crescuti si enervanti, atitudine de tara de mana a 4-a. E pacat, ideea pare superba dar nu au nici ei nici noi nici un control asupra celor de livreaza.
Why no card details saved in the app???
I don’t understand why every single time I have to fill in my card details ???? I place an order and then, no matter what I do I need to fill in all the card details otherwise I need to pay cash!!!! It is a waste of time and energy and it is restricting ! Please fix this!

Azi am folosit aplicația . Am făcut o comanda din Londra ptr mama mea din Suceava. Alimente. Omul care s-a ocupat de comanda,Valeriu Ferar,un om de șapte stele,intr-o ora a dus cele 25de produse la usa bătrânei mele mame. M-a sunat de doua ori sa imi spună de termenul de valabilitate si prețuri . E un serviciu perfect pentru oameni incapabili de a face cumpărături! Poate daca ar fi mai multe magazine alimentare ar fi un serviciu de șase stele !

Lista de cumpărături
In versiunile mai vechi, aplicația reținea produsele selectate in cos și astfel puteam face lista de cumpărături in mai multe zile succesive. Acum se șterge lista. E foarte ineficient. Practic trebuie sa mai fac o a doua lista in alta aplicație.

Mizerie de aplicatie ,te lasa sa bifezi plata online cu cardul ,apoi ca poti sa platesti online dupa ce se achita produsele la casa si in cele din urma te trezesti cu un sofer acasa care iti cere cash si peste toate nici nu poti sa anulezi comanda

Most of the items I received are not as ordered. The idea of the app is great, but can happen a disaster when you deal with stupid people that can’t make a difference between products. Thanks but not use it again.
Aplicatia bine făcută
Foarte bine făcută ca applicatia doar ca in ultime trei zile mi au venit doi comande după ce am fost mereu pe telefon sa prind prioritate cu luvrare produse. O sa vedem in continuare acum ca este o stare de urgentă oriunde in țara trebuie sa schimbe ce va prin administrația firmei, sa îmbunătățește serviciu si sa fi lumea mulțumită de ei.

Nice but buggy
Quite a useful app the days, but has quite a few bugs as well. There is no notification when delivery people are available, so if an order can’t be accepted you need to spend a lot of timing submitting and hoping you get lucky. Also, items in cart can’t be deleted except by removing quantity. However if an item has become unavailable, the only way to remove it is to go and submit the order (and calculate the real amount yourself)
