Terrible, terrible!

Crashes often and is essentially a website in disguise (app wrapper around a browser), throwing product models, links and PDFs at you. This app serves no purposes. This company should hire a user experience designer and a decent app builder. This is just amateur hour.

And what is that random woman doing in the main menu, and marketing photos? Why is she looking so intense, so dramatic? Is she compensating for a company selling domestic climate systems, products you rather hide than look at? Maybe she’s going to help me out? Because I’m still stuck with devices I don’t understand and cannot control.
