Broken App
The app never sends you a code to login. Tried deleting, messaging customer service and asking multiple employees at multiple locations. They all say it’s a 3rd party app and nothing they can help with unfortunately.

The app doesn’t work at all and hasn’t for a LONG time. I’ve tried emailing them , calling them and going by the actual car wash and no one can help. You can’t log into the app at all. Really wish they would fix the problem!

Needed to download in order to cancel my recurring monthly membership, nothing wrong with service just didn’t need to continue paying for it monthly. App worked fine.

Can’t verify phone number; inoperable app
Downloaded app, tried to sign up as new user, and at the point of verifying phone number, no code is sent. Tried hitting “Resend Code”, get message that request sent, and still no code.
False advertising
Kiosk said free wash if you download the app - downloaded app and still had to pay and nothing in app about a wash.

I have new license plates and app doesn’t allow me to update license plate info.

It needs a lot of work. The referral tab doesn't work - even when you are signed up for auto subscription, my city name was not an option when registering (and is a large city), way too many bugs and nonfunctioning areas to list.
