Mobile app wont recognize my account

The mobile app will not recognize my account when i try to sign in. It keeps turning my information red and wont tell me what the issue is. I can use my number in store and it gives me the discount confirming that i do in fact have an account but the app still will not recognize it. Please reach out to me to help me resolve this issue.
