This app seems to work just fine at my location and it seems like it may also be a kiosk issue for others… anyways 5 stars because it does what it says
To many bugs to risk the money
Unlimited could potentially be a good deal if you wash your car more than once every other week, as long as it works… which has not been the case for me.
I got new license plates and instead of updating them, the On The Run employee delete my account and told me to start a new subscription with the new plates. I had paid for the month 4 days so now I had to pay AGAIN for same car. $40 for the month.
Wouldn’t have been a huge deal, but the new car I added with the new plates never worked. Car wash never read my plate and gave me a wash. Tried to manually enter the redemption code from the app and it looked like that worked, but after the car in front of me finished it went back to the screen where you pay for a wash. It utilized my wash for the day, but didn’t actually let me wash the car.
I cancelled both subscriptions in the parking lot and went and washed it by hand for $5.
I don’t know how much of the problem is with the app, and how much is with the device at the car wash, but it doesn’t really matter - somethings broken and it has the potential to cost you money and you’ll get nothing in return.

Approved doesn't work
I have an account but it says it can't find me using my phone number when trying to login.

This car wash app is worthless
You cannot use your unlimited washes. They charge you once a month and when you finally get to use it, the kiosk says you have none to use and to purchase a wash. I would highly NOT RECOMMEND this car wash/app. BUYER BEWARE!!!! Canceled after months of issues with it not allowing me to use the unlimited package I paid for. Would give 0 stars if possible.

I have never used a worse app
The wash club does not work. I paid for it, but the unlimited washes do not scan at the car wash kiosk. The app clearly shows the invoice for my wash club and I have been charged. But when I click on other features of the app it tells me to first purchase an unlimited membership. I emailed customer service and they have not returned it. Don’t buy the wash club, it’s not worth it if you have to deal with this terrible app.
