Excellent guide to highlights
In some cases a little more detail would be appreciated, and the museum WiFi definitely needs an upgrade for people who can't download off the mobile network! I could barely get any data (at least in the Egypt area) even when moving around to find a better signal.
Multiple pay to unlock full guide …
Needs improvement

Hello, Please email us at MobileDigital@britishmuseum.org with a description of the issue, and our team will be happy to help you troubleshoot it.
Confusing and Hard to Follow
Even worse: if you purchase the „full“ audio guide and then switch the language you have to make another purchase to unlock it again and of course again for another language — unlike every other (physical) audio guide of audio guide app I‘ve used before.
Worse still: sometimes pictures are shown in the app to point to certain details. These pictures in the app are tiny with no option to zoom in. You‘re better off just ignoring these parts of the commentary.
The museum is great, but this app is something else entirely and requires a lot more work to actually become useful.
