how can a company like britany ferrys have such dysfunctional it ,i have tried to book through a browzer but it does not work poroperly ,this app does not even work i just get a white screen ,dont you have computers in france come on bf SORT IT OUT!!!!!!!!!

Possibly the worst App in the world
Dinner time
Only three timed options were offered and two of them were already full. Why so early? We were left with dinner for 6.15. No one in France eats that early. They need to be more flexible.
Does not work
After downloading, running the app just displays a blank screen. Using iPhone 16 with latest iOS. All other apps I have work fine.

What is the point?
Bookings made on website through personal account dont appear on the app even when using same account login. Go figure!

App crashed, only a blank screen displayed. Even after deleting and reinstalling the app it still doesn’t work
Not recognised account
Very frustrating app. Despite having had an account on the BF website for several years, the app doesn’t recognise my credentials and no way of fixing the issue.

Disappointing
The app doesn’t communicate real-time info. For example we arrived at Portsmouth early but departure was late. We needed info about whether and how long we could leave our vehicle, but there was none on the app.
Similarly on disembarking, the app didn’t help to explain when we should be in our car deck, if there was time for breakfast etc., specially as the English-language announcements on the boat were incomprehensible.
Another problem is incomplete info - for example we could see our ticket type but nothing in the app explained the difference between types.

Downloaded to manage my booking after being encouraged to do so by a Brittany Ferries email. Clicked on the app and was greeted by a blank screen which stayed there for 5 mins before I gave up and deleted the app. Come on Brittany Ferries. You have to be able to do better than that.
