Terrible app
Can’t connect to the rm4pro no matter what I do. Awful product.
Slow response
Commands seem to respond slower than they have. For example, setting the sleep timer in our bedroom takes several seconds before it sets it. Downstairs the volume and input switching is slower than normal.

In the dark!
Used the BroadLink to control some motorize Allen & Roth shades. Works fine. Look forward to connecting more devices in the future.
Unable to find its own device.
I’m a fairly tech savvy person. I’ve built my own computers and installed countless devices to my networks over the years. This device is one of the few that has left me frustrated with a raging headache. Apparently other people aren’t having the same issue so maybe I got a bad device but I don’t care. I’m sending it back to Amazon. This was a waste of my time.

The first light connected. Next 2 stopped blinking but didn’t connect. Took over an hour with3 people trying to get the app to work and then only worked with 1 bulb. Would NOT recommend!!!!

I have a wide selection of gear from different decades and this product has never failed me.
No longer works with some devices.
Following the instructions for the RM4 Mini and I've tried to configure the device a few dozen times and it never connects.

This app requires you to provide SsID and passwords to the server. Not good
