Faulty login bug
This app will log you out and stop working every so often, apparently when it updates itself. So none of your functions will work and you realize that the issue is that the app has logged you out again. It’s been going on forever. I use it to control old stereos and air-conditioning units with simple on and off commands using Siri. But then you get the frustrating alert and you realize that it has logged itself out again.

Hard to get past my own WiFi security but AI was a great help. Just started adding devices but haven’t gotten into the details yet. App asked for a review before I’m finished.

Terrible app
Can’t connect to the rm4pro no matter what I do. Awful product.
Slow response
Commands seem to respond slower than they have. For example, setting the sleep timer in our bedroom takes several seconds before it sets it. Downstairs the volume and input switching is slower than normal.

In the dark!
Used the BroadLink to control some motorize Allen & Roth shades. Works fine. Look forward to connecting more devices in the future.
Unable to find its own device.
I’m a fairly tech savvy person. I’ve built my own computers and installed countless devices to my networks over the years. This device is one of the few that has left me frustrated with a raging headache. Apparently other people aren’t having the same issue so maybe I got a bad device but I don’t care. I’m sending it back to Amazon. This was a waste of my time.

Awful
The first light connected. Next 2 stopped blinking but didn’t connect. Took over an hour with3 people trying to get the app to work and then only worked with 1 bulb. Would NOT recommend!!!!
