Technical issues
I haven’t got tickets from Broadway roulette until 2 and half hours before the show. Also there was technical problem on website saying my show is coming soon, until I reach out to them and say I have some problems with that. I understand that they can not refund me due to the Broadway theaters’ strict no refund policy. However since I lost trust in this system, I’m not going to purchase this anymore.
