Worst app ever
This has to be the worst app ever for ticketing. Nothing works right, it is not user friendly, not intuitive, doesn’t allow for tickets into Apple Wallet anymore (STUPID), and is nothing but a headache.
Awful Application
This app is so buggy to the point where it is unusable. I haven’t able to download my mobile tickets in months. Numerous app updates later and it’s still not fixed. The implementation is truly embarrassing.

Worst app ever!!! I have tried everything to link my tickets which used to be extremely simple. I now have to go to the link on my account and download them because the links on this app are worthless. They’re trying to link Ticketmaster to Dr Phillips Center and it just doesn’t work. Dr Phillips will lose if they continue to use this app. No one wants to deal with this on an evening out.

Worthless
Total waste of time. The app never remembers me and I can never login, despite how often I update my password. It seems to be too wrapped in with Ticketmaster for reasons I can’t understand.
Doesn’t integrate correctly
I can login to my TM account and see tickets for any other show I have booked. But my Broadway in Orlando subscription which this app is specifically for? Nope, won’t show up! Can see them on the website so it’s an app specific issue, not my account. Also the app wants absurd permissions like always allowing location.
