Worked for me
I was able to access my tickets and add them to my Apple wallet no problem. Past issues seem to be in the past.
Worst App
Unbelievably bad app. It is a shame to even give it one star. You cannot even see the schedule of shows on the app unless you sign up to be on their spam mailing list.
So glitchy and slow
So frustrating when you are looking to exchange tickets and it takes you all the way back out to the start screen.
Will not open
Season ticket holder and yet can’t access my ticket do to an error every time. Absolutely the worst app I have.
Can’t Access Tickets via Ticketmaster
The link between Broadway Dallas and Ticketmaster isn’t working so the tickets I paid $400 for can’t be accessed. Ticketmaster says it’s not their issue. So frustrating to see this is apparently an ongoing issue that has yet to be fixed.
