The I am not a robot slider thing is enough to warrant a 1 star review. Feels like a wild goose chase overall.
Terrible
Bought expensive tickets for my parents as a gift. The experience was terrible, wasted half an hour for something that should have taken 2 mins. Tried to move the tickets to my parents account. Now after an hour of pain, can’t find the tickets anywhere. And for whatever reason they don’t allow printing the tickets. Not great. It’s so bad indeed that I won’t be buying tickets for this venue ever again. Please care about your customers if you want them to return.

Doesn’t work
As other reviewer comments, the app takes you to Ticketmaster but after logging on, then nothing happens. Endless logging-into Ticketmaster. Doesn’t work.
Auth is Broken
You need to SSO with Ticketmaster to log into your account, but clicking Log In with Ticketmaster just brings up a blank white screen, so the app is non functional. Yall QA this before you shipped this release?
