Terrible Ticketing
Good luck with any issues transferring tickets - Hippodrome doesn’t work weekends and Ticketmaster (the very backbone of Hippodrome) has no clue and can offer not support. Just don’t have an app and tell people to buy from Ticketmaster directly - at least then Ticketmaster can see the order number. Leave app development to the pros.

Shuts down-unusable
This app has always been glitchy, but since the last update, when I hit the login button the app shuts down, making it unusable. Luckily the website allows you to login and pull the tickets to your phone.

Can’t access my tickets
I haven’t been able to update my tickets information since December 2023. It says my app is up to date, but nothing is updating. I just get an error saying “The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format.” I don’t know how to access my tickets for the upcoming season, & I can’t even find a help link on the app!
