Forget my password is broken
The app is horrible nearly impossible to get support and when you try to use forget my password it claims “user not found” but if you try to make an account you get “user is found please sign in” so which is it?
Never works
Every single time that I try to buy tickets from this app, it never works. It never signs me in. It always says something went wrong, when you’re in the middle of trying to pick tickets, it times out on you and then you have to wait 10 minutes for the tickets to reset so you can buy the seats you want. The theater is great and the fact that you can buy your tickets online is nice but the app is one of the worst apps out there. Get it together epic.
