Forget my password is broken
The app is horrible nearly impossible to get support and when you try to use forget my password it claims “user not found” but if you try to make an account you get “user is found please sign in” so which is it?
Never works
Every single time that I try to buy tickets from this app, it never works. It never signs me in. It always says something went wrong, when you’re in the middle of trying to pick tickets, it times out on you and then you have to wait 10 minutes for the tickets to reset so you can buy the seats you want. The theater is great and the fact that you can buy your tickets online is nice but the app is one of the worst apps out there. Get it together epic.

App needs a lot of improvements
Doesn’t take Applepay, won’t pull up cards in your phone. The tickets are never sent to the app always “waiting payment confirmation” although payment has cleared. Service fees too high for an app that doesn’t work.
Horrible app
This movie theater app is horrible. It never gives me loyalty points nor does it allow purchases at the kiosk machine. I enjoy the seats at Epic but hate the app. They should just not have one. At least then people would know there is no loyalty benefit for going to Epic theaters. Sometimes I don’t even see my tickets for a while which makes me nervous about losing my money.

Horrible app
I’m just trying to log in and pay for a movie I don’t need errors during log in and while paying. Then it took my money and won’t let me apply it towards anything because of error

Went to update the app and the instructions were all in a foreign language. Sus much?
Good Theater / Terrible App
Theater is nice but the app is absolutely horrible. Somebody in management should be held accountable for such consistently poor performance.
Went from horrible to completely worthless
Before I just took a few reloadings. Now it's just broken. This definitely fixed the stability fluctuations. Now it's just broken 100% of the time. Well done.
Would like improvements
I’ll only mention the bad things I’m running into. Whenever I buy a ticket on either my phone or my PC, the ticket may or may not appear in the app. I occasionally had to pull up the email. Another bad thing is that I can only add the ticket to my Apple Wallet right after buying it through the Safari browser. I also can’t add a ticket from the app to my apple wallet.

Hardly Works Ever
The app works sometimes and other times doesn’t work. You open it and it immediately goes back to the Home Screen. Half the time if you do something o. The website it’s not showing up in the app, like your tickets for movies.
SCAMERS
I “purchased” my tickets through this app, it charged my card but I never received my confirmation email or my tickets. Despite contacting support from Epic, I’ve gotten no resolution. This app is unreliable and feels like a complete scam. Avoid using it if you don’t want to risk losing your money.

Continually Frustrated
The worst theater app I have ever used. I can never use ‘membership’ and cannot complete online ticket sales. Just buffers and says ‘oh no something went wrong’. The app is what’s wrong.
Worst App!!!!
The App NEVER EVER WORKS. What is the point of even trying to get loyalty points when you only use the app as a guest. It’s always “something went wrong, try again”!!! If I could give it zero stars I would have!!!
Ticket system broken
It would be great if the app was fixed where you could log into your account and purchase the tickets it hasn’t worked for weeks and it’s still not fixed….
