Don’t waste your money
This is an absolute garbage product. I would have given it no stars if I could. The camera routinely goes offline. You need to take the feeder down and power cycle it every few days. When it is working, it takes forever to connect in the app. And sometime it doesn’t. I’ll need to force quit the app and then, if you’re lucky, it will connect. Save yourself a lot of trouble and search for bird feeder cameras online. There are a number of better choices. Yes, they’re more expensive but at least they work.

Will not pair in my phone at all
Never works!
Goes offline constantly even when we are at full strength. Has taken away all my joy. Works only 10% of the time. Just awful.
Chinese Garbage
This app is the epitome of Chinese junk. Doesn’t send notifications. The bird feeder deletes itself off the app so you have to re-pair it. “Customer service” is Chinese ChatGPT. Do yourself a favor and return the bird feeder before even downloading this app.
Horrible
Every time I close this app it disconnects my bird camera & I have to reset the camera & re-pair.
