The worst lead program I’ve ever signed up for! Got a 13-ghost leads on the first month then NOTHING, now all I get is their advertising campaigns on zip codes for sale and pay at closing programs. They are just a money grab company! It’s so bad that it showed up on my AMEX as SCAM.

I’ve tried a lot of tools over the years, but this app has quickly become my go-to for lead generation. The setup was straightforward, and within a day I was already seeing quality leads come through. The targeting features are spot-on. I’m no longer wasting time chasing cold or irrelevant leads. The built-in CRM integration is also a huge plus, keeping everything organized in one place without extra work.

Waste of money
Give you leads once and when you ask why you haven’t received more they give you a hard time. Oh and the leads are all cold and don’t know how you got their information. Total waste of money…
Game changer
This app helped me close a deal last week after 6 months in a row without a single sale. Their leads are not top notch but you can’t find anything as affordable, so the price / quality ratio is great and allows for high ROI.

I have been trying to get a refund since March , I paid $488, they give you ghost leads and then ask you for more money to run ads . Worst experience. Please refund my money
Worst lead generated I have.
I signed up for a number of lead generators. This one is by far the worst. Most of the lead generators give me nothing at all. Others give me leads here and there but at least they are good leads. This one I paid for 10 zip codes for almost a year. I receive leads almost every single day. The leads either do not get back to me, have wrong contact, and the few that actually answer have no idea what this is able and tell me I got bad info. Almost a year not without one decent lead. Avoid this one.

Run Away Fast
Company is a scam. Won’t return money when not receiving quality leads even when agreed too. Every lead I called that actually had a legit number had no clue why I was calling them and they never filled anything out.

This app is a scam! Referring them to the DOJ (department of justice) for a consumer fraud case.
Waste of money
From the 4-9 leads for $280 I was supposed to get I only received 3. I called, texted and emailed each lead multiple times and did not get a response from any of them. They are fake leads. If you have access to remine or realist, grab them from there. Anyone can grab a lead with a high sell score.
Not happy at all
Experiencing issues with the app—customer service mentioned leads, but I can't see them due to an alleged update requirement. Frustrated as there's no available app update, and I'm unable to reach anyone for assistance.
Zero leads
$400 a month for zero leads. I live in a huge city so it’s not a lack of homes. I think the positive reviews are fake.
Leeds we’re coming in fast, then they all disappeared
I have been trying to reach customer support because all of my contacts have disappeared. I have deleted and reinstalled BrokerSpot twice, as requested of what I am assuming is an AI technical support. I now cannot access my leads. I was really excited about this app and now I’m just not sure what to think.
