Icon Notification Won’t Go Away
There is an annoying notification on the app icon that won’t go away no matter what you do in the app or web portal.

On iPhone 12 mini with iOS 26 - simply doesn't work at all. Takes ages to load then no timetable appears with several features just missing. Not sure what has happened, but needs attention urgently
Seating plans missing seats
I use this on my iPad and it’s useful in many ways but currently I see gaps in my seating plans where whole rows are left out. They are definitely meant to be there cause I can see them on my browser version
Non-timetabled lessons don’t show up
Downloaded the app to be able to see my time table on my phone easier, however, sessions marked as “non-timetabled” don’t show up on the app version

We use for safeguarding and logging communication. There’s really short word limits and no body maps. Staff need to be able to add these on the mobile version and give detail in their reports. Please fix this as it was never an issue on the last version? It also crashes a fair bit…

Please add option to add communication log onto student details. So frustrating searching for student, calling number, then having to search student again to add communication log.

Update failure
Since the update, the app doesn’t work and crashes constantly.
Poor functionality
The functionality of the previous version was limited. The new version just crashes and won’t show any data for my classes.

Lesson register
Unable to move to the next student on the list if there’re already a mark in. The mark cannot be seen, so when trying to select absent, it won’t allow it and the whole regidter has to be closed and open again.

It's clear developers don't read or act on reviews given what teachers have been saying for ages. 1) Messages need act as notification alerts. Otherwise, what's the point in seeing an urgent message at the end of the school day? 2) after raising this before and 2 years later, it is STILL impossible to actually add the number of minutes late when doing a register as the keyboard gets in the way. 3) Again, where is the iPad specific app? Loads of teachers would benefit from using this app on a bigger screen. Bromcom barely works in a browser on iPad. 4) an easy method of instantly adding reward points /positive behaviour from the register would be super useful - without multiple requirements to fill in tons of data. Again obvious for an app aimed at teachers.

Update not great
What have you done with the new update? I'm using an iPhone 13 and the app no longer fills the screen. The menus aren't fully visible when taking a register.
