Remote
The remote and app are awful. The remote has one red light, which only lights when a button is pressed. Nothing to show that the heaters are actually on, you can only tell by observing the heater itself. No digital display at all, just a plastic box with 7 buttons. The app has no instructions as to how to pair with your phone. I searched the internet and could find nothing to tell you how to pair the app, even the remote control instructions do not address this. For heaters which cost nearly $5000 apiece, I expected better.
