Loses password

I randomly have to reset my password, not worth the aggravation.

Just terrible

Only two days in and I already hate this god-awful app. Logging activities does nothing to your step count, the coach doesn’t actually interact with you and instead sends you automated messages like a useless AI (I’m honestly not convinced she’s a real person at this point), the intake survey has very poorly phrased questions that don’t fully capture hidden and dynamic disabilities, the so-called educational material is a joke and doesn’t take people with limited mobility or any other special health conditions into account. If this is the best the CDC could come up with prior to 2025, I can’t even imagine how much worse it’s going to get.

Scale problems

Regardless of what I’ve tried, the app will not record scale weight readings. It just seems like it just doesn’t work at all anymore. So frustrating

Still Awful After Supposed Update

I’m doing a diabetes prevention program through my insurance company. This app is cumbersome to use. After looking at the reviews, there has apparently been issues for several years with not being able to scan many items or when they do scan, to nutritional information is completely incorrect. This has not gotten any better with the recent update that occurred with the app. The serving portion hardly ever scans correctly and that throws off the rest of the nutrition information. There are ways to adjust the portions BUT when the original portion information is not correct, it doesn’t matter what portion size you choose, the information will always be incorrect. It makes it very frustrating to log meals and I’m sure a lot of people have given up doing this. Right now, I just log my steps and exercise. I’ve used Chronometer in the past and that is an excellent app. Please take a look at how that app is designed and if you can make the Brook app work like that app, there will a lot less frustrated people.

Brooks plus

Love using the Brook plus app, it is easy to use, able to track for personal accountability and set goals and reminders to workout, etc. Being assigned a personal coach helps knowing I can always reach out with questions and get support.
