Don’t trust
Went to the zoo after using the app to get in a couple of times and my pass was no longer in the app. Needed to scan the pass to add to app. Pass was at home. I have a password to the zoo. No use. Talked to the ticket seller. They told me to go somewhere else. I walked home. Zoo is an overall bad neighbor.

Very helpful app
Zoo was really good. App was super helpful in navigating. You can even pick what you want to see when you visit the zoo using the app. You can filter places to eat. App made the overall visit to zoo experience better.

I love Brookfield zoo, and love this new app- it has proven to be incredibly useful! One thing I hope they will take into consideration in the future- please load membership attraction tickets and guest passes to the app for use. It is very hard to always have to pull up the email, and most of us do not own printers. (It’s 2024, who prints things?😅)

App seems to only offer a place to renew or buy a membership. For current members, how do we login and add our cards/membership?
How to login as a member?
I cannot seem to figure out how to login when purchasing tickets for the dolphin show as a member or get my membership card on the app. I’ve asked several employees but they said no one had trained them on the app; one didn’t even know there was an app. I’ve looked online but don’t see anything other than advertisements encouraging visitors to download the app.
