App Crashes
App crashes every time when trying to book tickets making it unusable. Please fix ASAP and make it so you can link tickets that have been purchased through the Emagine website, to the app, so you can then order food.
Love the chain, but app crashes frequently
I never write reviews, but I must comment on this app. I love Emagine Theatres and go there at least once a week on average, and this app is largely simple and user friendly, which I truly appreciate. However, it crashes all the time and that can be frustrating because I then have to wait five minutes for the seats I selected to "release" for me to try to buy them again. A two minute ordeal can easily stretch to ten or fifteen depending how many times it crashes. I plan my movies usually about a month in advance (what can I say, I like to plan!) so it gets to be cumbersome.

Worthless
I’m not sure why, but every time I need to use this app I need to delete it and re-download and install it. It appears to just get stuck opening. The wheel just spins and spins. I’m running the current version of iOS and iPad OS on my devices, but it fails to open on either one. It’s frustrating because I have an Emagine account but I can’t barely access and use it. Can someone please fix this?

This app has some big problems
Every time you go to check a movie’s showtimes and seat availability, it gives you a curfew warning that you can’t click out of. So then you can’t see if there are seats available
Great Theaters terrible app
The website and the app aren’t connected. So if you purchase tickets from the website the app says… what are you talking about? You don’t have any tickets? And I often have to delete the app and reinstall it, just to get it to open.
