Broken
The app will not open, it gets stuck on an endless loading animation. When it used to load properly, it would not link tickets purchased on the same account through the website to the app.

Every time I try to make a purchase it just freezes and I’m unable to do anything. Tried to close it and open it again, nope. Tried to restart it, nope. The only thing that works is deleting the app and downloading it again, ugh

Why can’t I book tickets?!
Multiple recent attempts to book tickets via the app have failed. I click on an available seat, and I get a pop-up saying “who’s in seat xyz”. I have to use my laptop, login to my account, and reserve THE SAME SEATS I WAS TRYING TO on the app. Please fix this! Between this and the sudden very large service fee, I can go to a theater closer to my home and save money!!

Won’t work on new iOS
Will not work on new iOS for Apple phones.
Why so bad
The app doesn’t load. It doesn’t connect my phone to the points and account so I never get the rewards. Forces me back to the website which is also problematic. It’s 2026. We have pictures of Pluto. Figure it out. 👎
Serious issue
Ok so overall, this app is great, but there is a serious issue that is literally preventing me from ordering tickets. If I try to get tickets for an R rated movie after 6 PM, it brings up two text prompts: one to inform you that the movie is rated R, and another that explains the curfew policy. The button to continue to pick seats is beneath these prompts but you can’t scroll down to select it, nor can you even back out of the page. So you’re essentially stuck on this policy page with no way out. Please fix it so I can actually buy tickets online and go to your awesome theaters.

Fix the ticket add feature
I use this app and miss the convenience of being able to add tickets to the Apple Wallet. Since I am paying a rather high convenience fee to pick my seats, I would like for the usage of the app to be, well, Convenient. I don’t think that’s asking too much.

TRASH APP
The absolute worst app that I have on my phone as of right now. There is a consistent loading icon on my screen, and it is not allowing me to select my seats. I am in a time crunch and trying to purchase tickets before they are sold out or before, I lose good seats and the website and application are both working horribly.

Terrible app
Always have issues adding my ticket purchases to my Apple wallet. And upcoming releases aren’t always shown unlike the AMC app which is much better and user friendly

Does Not show times more than a week out
The app does not load all times or dates. I had to go to the website to find and book future shows more than 5 days out
App stopped synching with the website
Last few times I’ve purchased tickets online logged into my account they don’t show up in the app. No tickets and not in the purchase history either. I’ve restarted and logged out and back into the app and still nothing. Not a huge deal because the tickets are in my email. It’s just more convenient to have them in them in the app.
