Season ticket holder 2023-2025
For two seasons I was a ticket holder. I believe 2023 was the launch of the app (at least the MyBrooklynRewards for ticket holders). For two years I accumulated points and spent them freely. However my final purchase redeeming a piece of Nets merchandise for 17,500 points- BSE and the Nets refuse to honor my exchange. I had two agents during my two seasons and both are now ignoring my requests for help. I spent close to $10k or more and now that I am a student and unable to maintain my membership they ignore me over a coat maybe worth $200. Shows you they don’t care about the fans just their bottom lines.

This app is terrible
I got this app to see my favorite NBA(raptors) team play the nets I bought tickets and transferred them to the app then the day before went to Check the app just to make sure everything was still right and there wasn’t anything else I needed to do as soon as I clicked to view my tickets they disappeared and I could not get them back even reloading the app making sure my linked Ticketmaster account was correct so I can even prove I have tickets but can’t access them in the app even contacting support didn’t help as they said they’d contact me only to never do so as a result I will never be using this app or going to a nets game again as I will never get that money or those tickets

Honestly the best part about this app is the rewards that comes with being a Nets season ticket member. They constantly are posting awesome giveaways and their teams customer service is always spot on. Really appreciate them and love the app.
Awful App - Always Need Updates & Lags
I am always having issues with this app never updating my events or tickets properly. I have to constantly sign out and in again and even then it barely works. Ticket transfers get held up and lags for me whether on WiFi or my cell phone. It makes that part of utilizing the app impossible! Ugh!
Schedule is messed up
Usually a good app, but for some reason now posting pre season scores as regular season games, and adding them to the W/L record? It’s hard enough to follow the game in the UK as it is.
Roster
It won’t show other rosters it only shows the nets roster for other teams
More Stickers please
Right now there are only 6 text Emojis/Stickers from like 2 years ago. I’d love to get a bunch more and updated with players, animations, etc. Just a thought since I love having them available but the current 6 leave more to be desired

Easy way to go Nets news and easy to scan my season tickets to the game. Benefit wall and member card work great for our family.

Please don’t spam my phone with notifications for some product unrelated to the team. I don’t care about BioSteel and getting a coupon code. For now, I am deleting this app.

Fantastic app missing just one thing. If there was an NBA scoreboard page it would be my go to for everything. Official NBA app still leaves a lot to be desired.
Not what I expected!
The app provides highlights and interviews, but appears to be more about ads and ad revenue than the actual team.
This app saved my life!
Recently I was having a tough time because of all this covid stuff, but since I downloaded this app, I’ve been able to keep up with Brooklyn!! I love how the app tells you how much each player weighs ... it’s super helpful. Hopefully I can grow to be as tall as them. Thank you Brooklyn, and thank you Steve Nash!!
