Why even bother?
The app fails at everything it advertises as a perk. Frequently crashes and seldomly works.
Unreliable
I've been using this app for a year or so without a problem, but recently it is not allowing me to log into my tickets and was a very big inconvenience on game day. I'm no longer able to connect to Ticketmaster through this app : (
Notifications/signing out
Notifications do not bring you straight into Brooklyn rewards, instead it brings you to the main page where you see your email but it tells you to contact a rep for access. Once you force quit and go back, you see the ability to enter my Brooklyn rewards but you can’t get the notification back/get to where it was trying to direct you.
It also signs me out at least once a day on game days.

Never works
I love the game time activated events but any time you leave the app during the game you can never get the app the reconnect and load to answer more questions during game stoppages! And half the time I have to reload the app to even access my tickets, which is supposedly the main function of this app. Please give us an update!
