Why even bother?
The app fails at everything it advertises as a perk. Frequently crashes and seldomly works.
Unreliable
I've been using this app for a year or so without a problem, but recently it is not allowing me to log into my tickets and was a very big inconvenience on game day. I'm no longer able to connect to Ticketmaster through this app : (
Notifications/signing out
Notifications do not bring you straight into Brooklyn rewards, instead it brings you to the main page where you see your email but it tells you to contact a rep for access. Once you force quit and go back, you see the ability to enter my Brooklyn rewards but you can’t get the notification back/get to where it was trying to direct you.
It also signs me out at least once a day on game days.

Never works
I love the game time activated events but any time you leave the app during the game you can never get the app the reconnect and load to answer more questions during game stoppages! And half the time I have to reload the app to even access my tickets, which is supposedly the main function of this app. Please give us an update!

Recurring issues
I love the concepts of this app but the execution is terrible. The app freezes during games with quizzes and I end up losing points because I can’t answer questions. My latest issues is I have not been able to login for over a week, and password reset doesn’t work.
Tickets missing
Have used the app a few times for games easily - but it’s recently stopped working & I cannot access my tickets on this app, nor are they available in my ticketmaster account. I have to go through browser, to the barclays portal, manage my account, and then find the tickets there. I consider myself lucky that I found the tickets at all given neither the liberty rep, nor ticketmaster support was able to help me.

all glitch minimal function
this app is by far the worst part of the liberty STH experience. Looks slick, but it barely works: the biggest problem is the ticketmaster integration. ticket access is extremely glitchy, and has never seemed to get fixed in any update. Less urgent but also annoying is the in-game quiz feature — i estimate it works about 25% of the time. most of the time while waiting to join the game, you get stuck on a white screen. this app has been like this for me over two year and two different iphones with updates ios. i love everything else about being a STH but this app is a pain point that i hope gets resolved before next year!

Liberty Rewards is a Joke
Don’t even bother playing the games on the app. They give away the items you’re expecting to receive.
Generally bad
My second year as a STH. Last year had a pretty good experience, but this year bad. I get alerts to do questions during games, but then there are no questions. It takes a long time to load during games. I didn’t get points for my scanned tickets last game. There’s no support that I can find. For the amount I paid this year for my tickets (huge increase) I’m truly disappointed. Blah.

My Brooklyn Rewards
First time STH and have been happy with my experience so far! I love My Brooklyn Rewards feature as it gives you something to look forward to for home and away games! Any issues I’ve faced, the NYL support team answered quickly and efficiently. Makes the experience of a STH that much better! Thank you guys!

Needs iPad update
The app is nice but is not properly displayed on iPad screens. Especially in landscape
Looks good, but glaring mistake
Big Liberty fan, new to the app, super happy to find it. But in the bios, how do you show this in the About section for Leonie Fiebich?? “ Leonie Fiebich (born January 10, 2000) is a forward for the Los Angeles Sparks.” Um, nope, no she is not. And how about Dojkic? She doesn’t even get a position and apparently plays for the storm! “Ivana Dojkic (born December 24, 1997) is a for the Seattle Storm. She is a native of Croatia.” Marquesha Davis gets no bio at all. Just wow, proofreading anyone?

Bring back the zig zag chart!!!!!
My favorite thing about the app before was seeing the up and down chart that sort of looked like mountains showing how many points we were up/down throughout the game. New updated version of the app removed this chart and I am thoroughly disappointed.
Update needs a tweak
I have season tickets and I like keeping them in the app. This is a pretty good app, but the recent update saves my past events in current events, so I have to scroll through old events to get to that days events. Minor detail, but it’s a pain when I’m in security and have to pause to make sure I have the right date.

Since they updated it - the app won’t even open on my phone. Terrible because I can’t get my season tickets or my benefits.
