Unusable Gift Cards
Not sure if it’s intentional or extremely bad design but gift cards I have been given are completely unusable. I was told in the store that I cannot cards with alphabets characters at the store and I have to order online so I downloaded the app. But the app only lets you redeem gift cards that are completely numeric. I am stuck and can’t use this gift cards in stores nor can I use them in the app. Maybe the website? Come on it’s 2026. I should be able to redeem this in an app. Get it together definitely have lost me as a customer at least to spend my own money.
