Clunky app
Repeatedly reports that can’t reorder certain items (cappuccino) but then allows you to place order. Immediately apologizes for a delay that doesn’t actually take place. Claude could spiff this app up in a jif.

Great drinks and service
Great coffee, pastries, the app makes ordering and pick up so easy. The baristas are great at their jobs - friendly, fast and churn out high quality drinks during really busy times. Love Joe!

It’s not smart
I use this app every day to order for pickup. I order the same thing every single day, I wish I had to stop searching for what I want. I wish I could just star it or for it to be easier to access. Poole who are coffee drinkers tend to like the same thing every day. The seasonal offerings are not what I’m interested in and it’s annoying that I have to keep looking at them. This app could be a lot smarter

Exceptional flavor
My first day I went I thought it was too dark the coffee and then didn’t go. Try it again and been going ever since coffee is still very serious here.
