Clunky app
Repeatedly reports that can’t reorder certain items (cappuccino) but then allows you to place order. Immediately apologizes for a delay that doesn’t actually take place. Claude could spiff this app up in a jif.

Great drinks and service
Great coffee, pastries, the app makes ordering and pick up so easy. The baristas are great at their jobs - friendly, fast and churn out high quality drinks during really busy times. Love Joe!

It’s not smart
I use this app every day to order for pickup. I order the same thing every single day, I wish I had to stop searching for what I want. I wish I could just star it or for it to be easier to access. Poole who are coffee drinkers tend to like the same thing every day. The seasonal offerings are not what I’m interested in and it’s annoying that I have to keep looking at them. This app could be a lot smarter

Exceptional flavor
My first day I went I thought it was too dark the coffee and then didn’t go. Try it again and been going ever since coffee is still very serious here.

LOVE. This place has the absolute nicest staff and killer air conditioning. ASK FOR JACOB. He will make your day just by being so incredibly nice. Great vibes and great beans at this local gem.
Freezes & White screen
The app no longer opens for me. Have deleted and downloaded multiple times. No way to order online without it. Useless.

What’s makes Joe’s Coffee amazing is, the Team…I’m a big fan of Cappuccinos and the care that The Team puts into preparing the coffee, it just gives it an amazing taste…it is made with love…

Constantly logging every time I open the app. Please end this suffering and go back to punch cards.
Awful app update - full of bugs
The most recent app update is terrible. You’re locked in endless screens that you can’t exit. I had an existing account and the pop ups on login won’t let me sign in, instead throw me into a cycle of (only option) re-signing up and then telling me I already have an account but not giving me an actual login option. It’s so nu laden and won’t reset on restart, I simply skipped going to Joe’s today. Until you fix it, I won’t go back. The pre-ordering option was priceless. Your developers clearly did zero bug testing.

Hate the New App
The new app refuses to show my recent order. I also clicked on the $2 off and it didn’t work. And why can’t you scan the bar code anymore? The baristas were also confused.
New app is terrible
The old app was great. It was easy. This is way more complicated and takes longer and the fact that I have to put my security code in every single time is silly. we love our Joe location and wish it was easier to use this app. Thank you.

Too many steps to re-log in. Don’t like the feel and numerous colors. I appreciated the calming blue of the previous. Orders no longer saved extending the ordering process.

Love this place. Love the staff! Joes has become a staple in my work day since I discovered it. I prefer Joes over Starbucks and Dunkin’ Donuts any day!
