FAQ

What can I do with the FNBT Mobile app?

How does the app integrate with online banking?

This mobile app is seamlessly paired with First National Bank & Trust Co's Online Banking services. Both platforms utilize the same username and password for login, meaning signing up for one automatically grants you access to the other. This provides a unified banking experience across devices.

How do I sign up for online banking if I'm not a customer yet?

If you are not currently an Online Banking customer, you can easily enroll directly within the mobile app. Navigate to the 'Sign up' option on the menu screen, complete a short application to verify your identity, and you will be notified, typically within one business day, once your registration is complete.

Is the app free to download and use?

Yes, the application is free to download and use. While the app itself is free, standard mobile carrier data rates may apply for usage. The app does not have in-app purchases.

What devices are compatible with the app?
