Stays on intro screen and doesn’t load
Got a new phone and filled out form to update number for app access. Every time I open the app, the initial loading screen is displayed before a prompt showing a communication error with the options “Quit” or “Retry” pops up. “Retry” starts the process over with the same results. Fix needed immediately

never works.
not compatible with zelle or any basic money transfer links. you can not attach this bank’s accounts to Fidelity or anything necessary for finance. Poorly managed, archaic version of banking.

Basic
For now I’ve only use it to log in and check my balances. I have not utilized all other options but will try later but so far very happy with this application.
Remote Deposit doesn’t work
I have to delete the app and redownload every time I want to make a deposit.
