Scheduled Payment Issues
This app is very frustrating to use, especially lately. I have been having issues with my scheduled payments not going through. The most recent one, I had three payments scheduled but only one went through, and then two days later a new scheduled payment showed up that’s scheduled for 2027, I have had this issue a few times now and it is extremely frustrating when I believe my payments are good because they’re scheduled for the right amount on the right time and then they don’t go through and now my balance is past due, this has now caused me to pay a late fee because of this negligence. It is beyond frustrating, especially when I message them and get told I need to ensure that I select the correct date. I guess it’s my fault for not taking screenshots of my scheduled payments as proof that I selected the correct year.

Awful and Slow
This app is one of the worst. It’s sooo slow. And it’s hard to logout. Just a poor design
Does this app EVER work?
This app used to be fine - never great, but could at least access the information I needed. Now I’m lucky if it even pulls up account balances. I don’t know what happened in the last year or so, but it seems like they’ve given up on it. Unfortunately, it’s likely going to push my money to another institution, which is unfortunate as I’ve been a member for quite a while.

this app buggs out everytime i get on and try to use it
App is rarely fully functional.
This app is honestly terrible, it’s slow, unresponsive, and a lot of the time just flat out doesn’t work, reactivates things without permission. Like this app is complete and utter slop
