From bad to worse
Who would put reserve lap lane under services??? Absolutely not intuitive.

Lap swimming sign up is especially difficult and frustrating. Unless someone shows you the random steps it takes to get to that sign up, you would never find it.

The app is decent. But I can’t reserve a pool lane on there, and swimming is the only reason I have a membership, so this is a bit of a let down

Too many clicks
This “updated” app is unreliable and cumbersome. I swim 3-4 times a week. It now takes me 11 clicks to make a single reservation. And if you make a mistake, it’s almost impossible to fix it. Visually, it’s very unpleasant. I swim over an hour so then it takes me another nine clicks to add additional time. Taking the time to sign up doesn’t guarantee you a lane, because no one monitors the sign ups. I suspect many people don’t even bother to sign up because it’s too difficult. I’d be interested to know if the use of the pool has gone down since they’ve gone to this app.
Additionally, the pool schedule is often times not updated. So when you could swim when the swim teams aren’t there, it’s not posted. Last summer,I quit swimming completely because trying to find a time was too difficult.
I frequently get signed out of the app and signing back in can be a Nightmare. Currently, I am unable to reload the app at all. It’s been like this for two days so this means I have to call and bother the staff at the front desk to make a reservation for a lane.
