Frustrating to use
I enjoy in store shopping at my local Brookshire Brother’s so it made sense to get the app for curbside ordering.
I’m average tech savvy level but after 15 minutes of trying to navigate the app and start an order, I deleted it. Could only manage to add items from the ad & when using the search icon it shows recipes instead of the grocery item.
Will stick to the apps & curbside pickups for the other two stores in town.

No ordering functionality
The app is completely useless and does not have any ordering functionality.
Horrible
I can’t even register the store I need and create an account !! Please fix the bugs !!
Terrible App
It’s 2026, spend the money to have a functioning app! If I can’t look items up, see the sales and use my coupons, I’m not coming to your store.

Tried to login wouldn’t recognize my username or password wouldn’t send me an email to reset password tried to set up new account and it wouldn’t recognize the Groesbeck Texas store and it has been sending me emails pretty well useless.
