こんな簡単に刺繍出来るって夢見たい(^^)
挙動がおかしい
ログインしようとするも、なぜかアカウント情報入力画面が出る様になった。入力してもログオンできない。エラーも出ない。新規でアカウントを作ろうとするも反応なし。iPhoneでもiPadでも同様。恐らくサーバーが落ちているのでしょう。

constant network issues
i paid for the subscription so i could turn my images into embroidery files to directly embroider them from this app to my brother machine. and it never does it and never has. always says network issue or it’s unable to do it. from no fault of my own too may i add, its simply this app’s error. i paid for the subscription to do this and it’s very poor that i’m unable to do what i paid to be able to do.

最新バージョンにしたら過去にも変換できていたsvgの画像変換でエラーが出て、変換できません
Upsetting
Was so excited to start designing embroidery projects… only to figure out this app only functions wirelessly. Which doesn’t work for BROTHER machines that only use USB connection. Very upsetting that the brother designing app doesn’t work for machines. Hoping this will come in a future update!!!!

There’s just a few features I need: copy and paste, distribute objects evenly. Otherwise, this thing totally rocks.

Malheureusement les motifs des broderies et toutes les fonctionnalités lié sont pas utilisable sur des machine qui ont pas de wifi ou Bluetooth comme pour exemple M280d et c’est vraiment dommage…serait bien de penser à une mise à jour qui puisse aussi intégrer ces machines en demandant à l’utilisateur de insérer le numéro de série de sa machine pour vérifier que c’est bien un modèle brother et après donner la possibilité de télécharger le motif et le transférer à la machine avec clef usb

Buggy
I have found the program to be buggy. I have one bug now that won’t allow me to use the text function. What I type disappears. I have to close the app, re open it and then I get one chance to use the text. I have to close the app and reopen to add another text
Einmal ausgeloggt, ist ein Anmelden nicht mehr möglich
Die App an sich ist gut, nur kann ich mich nicht mehr einloggen. Das scheint aber ein allgemeines Problem zu sein. Schade!

As a first time user I am having a difficult time figuring out where to even start.

The colors are disappointing
The colors that print look nothing like the screen and I am using a Brothersp1 printer
Can’t log back in
Trying to log back in using brother account and app keeps generating an error message- frustrating I can’t log back in and use my current files - chat support with ai is useless - no human option every showed up, phone queue is over an hour- just to log in!
Not connecting
Was working. Then all of a sudden, the app is telling me to make sure my mobile device is connected to the network. But the app sees my machine on the list.
The WORST
This is the absolute worst piece of Software I have ever ever tried to use. It is absolutely horrible.
