Absolutely useless after latest update
This app has never been particularly good, but the latest update has made it effectively unusable.
On iPhone, the label editor is now broken. The Delete and Font buttons simply do nothing, making it impossible to properly edit labels.
For an app whose sole purpose is creating and printing labels, basic editing functions need to work reliably. At the moment, even simple label creation is frustrating and in some cases impossible.
Please fix the broken controls and do some proper testing before releasing updates. This has turned an already mediocre app into something that’s genuinely unusable.

Needs work
Heavy. Not many symbol options or ways to upload more. Loud, and non rechargeable. Also no manual cut if you don’t have your device.
The tape issue is strongly affecting use as says it’s compatable with tze but then will not work with it with other sizes

Wireless World
I use the printer to keep papers organized with labels identifying what papers are in an envelope. The great thing is that I can power my Tablet and printer using solar power

Frustrating Experience
Can’t change font or delete objects anymore. Very frustrating user experience
It’s changed
App worked ok at first but now it’s just annoying. Can’t access the delete picture amongst other things. Seems they’ve taken user choice away, instead they gave us silly prompts. Time for something else it seems!
Disappointing
App is clunky and unresponsive. Does not fit label size to entered text. Very poor.
Items can’t be deleted in this version for some reason

Clunky & Slow
Horrible and frustrating app. Never be in a hurry when using it or you’ll pull your hair out. Auto save would also be nice but likely would take half the day to accomplish.

Font and Delete Not Working
As of the latest release on 4/21/2026 the font option and delete option no longer works om an iPhone 16 pro max. When clicking on font and delete nothings happens.
This was working fine in earlier versions. It also works fine on an iPad as well.

Update Part 2! User Error!
I’ve been upset for weeks trying to figure out if I was going to have to go with another label system because I couldn’t get the app to work correctly. I couldn’t interact with the app or screen other than hitting “undo, save, or print”… The whole time I forgot that I changed my phone settings around the time this all started up… oops! Adjusted my settings and all is well again! Thank God! Thank you Brother for reaching out and encouraging me to communicate with customer service. I figured things out on my own before it got to that point, but it was nice to see a company work with their customers and their needs!

Great but wasteful
Fantastic app for a great printer (p touch cube). Only problem is every label you print and cut, it cuts a blank bit of tape. This is extremely wasteful and unnecessary, the p touch cube is good enough not to need this.
Almost perfect
With all the utilities that require learning, brothers seem to be the most intuitive. The devices connect extremely well, at least with Apple devices, and as long as I remember to find the command “Check media“, the label printers work flawlessly.
