I’ve been using Brother label printers for a long time. Each one had its quirks, but if can work out its quirks, it’s worth the effort. From my iPhone i can ignore the screen. Instead, I just use Brother’s app (iPrint & Label), set the label up on the app, and Bluetooth let’s the label rip. Being 74 next month I can’t focus on anything, so using the black on white 24mm (1 inch labels is a godsend. Yes the type face is huge but for me who can’t focus on anything, the 24mm tape is perfect. Love this D610BT Bluetooth printer.

Für mich noch die bessere Variante obwohl es eine neuere Version gibt. Ich bevorzuge diese hier. Sicherlich gibt es auch hier Potenzial nach oben aber ich mag die Funktion einen schwarzen Hintergrund drucken zu können. Dies habe ich noch nicht in der anderen App gefunden. Diese App hier druckt das Band so dass es passend zum integrierten Cutter ausläuft, was mit der anderen App nicht funktioniert.

Fast perfekt
Eigentlich ganz gut. Mir fehlt aber auf dem Smartphone die Möglichkeit, runde Label zu drucken

PCとラベルデータの共有が出来るようになって欲しいです。
アプリの方も表が作れるようにして欲しいです。
ラベルプリンター自体は長く愛用させて頂いて今は3台目です。
次はタブレットやスマホから印刷できたら便利だと思ったら共有が出来ないのは不便でした。

Absolutely useless after latest update
This app has never been particularly good, but the latest update has made it effectively unusable.
On iPhone, the label editor is now broken. The Delete and Font buttons simply do nothing, making it impossible to properly edit labels.
For an app whose sole purpose is creating and printing labels, basic editing functions need to work reliably. At the moment, even simple label creation is frustrating and in some cases impossible.
Please fix the broken controls and do some proper testing before releasing updates. This has turned an already mediocre app into something that’s genuinely unusable.

Needs work
Heavy. Not many symbol options or ways to upload more. Loud, and non rechargeable. Also no manual cut if you don’t have your device.
The tape issue is strongly affecting use as says it’s compatable with tze but then will not work with it with other sizes

Wireless World
I use the printer to keep papers organized with labels identifying what papers are in an envelope. The great thing is that I can power my Tablet and printer using solar power

Frustrating Experience
Can’t change font or delete objects anymore. Very frustrating user experience
It’s changed
App worked ok at first but now it’s just annoying. Can’t access the delete picture amongst other things. Seems they’ve taken user choice away, instead they gave us silly prompts. Time for something else it seems!
Disappointing
App is clunky and unresponsive. Does not fit label size to entered text. Very poor.
Items can’t be deleted in this version for some reason

Ich nutze die App mit dem D610BT. Das klappt soweit ganz gut. Der Funktionsumfang ist gegenüber der PC Version eingeschränkt und viele Funktionen sind nur umständlich zu aktivieren. Bei der Verwendung von Datenbanken ist es einfach eine Datenbank zu verbinden und mit den Feldern des Etiketts zu verknüpfen. Es gelingt mir aber nicht die Datenbank zu aktualisieren. Wenn ich also neue Daten mit der Tabellenkalkulation erfasse, kann ich die nicht in der App nutzen. Damit ist der Sinn der Datenbank für mich nicht mehr gegeben.
Der Wust an Beispieletiketten ist am Anfang als Inspiration hilfreich. Später nerven die nur. Da fände ich es sinnvoll, wenn man die Löschen oder ausgliedern könnte.

Miese Umsetzung
Der P-Touch Drucker an sich ist gut. Aber die Bedienung App ist umständlich und nicht intuitiv. Warum kann ich nicht am Anfang einfach ein leeres Etikett nehmen mit den gewünschten Maßen und damit weiter arbeiten? Warum werden runde Etiketten in der App nicht unterstützt? Die Mac App ist ein klein wenig besser, aber auch weit weg von gut. Ganz gut ist die Windows-App. Zwar altmodisch aber sie macht was man erwartet. Schade das Brother scheinbar kein Interesse hat, daß der nächste Etikettendrucker wieder ein Brother wird. Die Softwareentwicklung hat wohl nicht die besten Mitarbeiter.

Clunky & Slow
Horrible and frustrating app. Never be in a hurry when using it or you’ll pull your hair out. Auto save would also be nice but likely would take half the day to accomplish.

As of the latest release on 4/21/2026 the font option and delete option no longer works om an iPhone 16 pro max. When clicking on font and delete nothings happens.
This was working fine in earlier versions. It also works fine on an iPad as well.
