Que aplicación tan confusa no he podido agregar a mi hija por que a toda hora que esta mal el numero de estudiante igual la atención por teléfono es la peor y ir alla es peor por que ellas siempre tienen la razón
Useless
Not a very user friendly app at all. It’s not easy to log back in once you are logged out. How are parents supposed to keep up with their kids progress in school if the app isn’t working properly.

App doesn’t work
I have no idea what happened between last year and this one, but the app no longer shows any modules. It loads with a slideshow at the top and then nothing but white space. There is no way to navigate left or right…it’s completely useless. Please fix it!

I don’t know about other parents but I downloaded a couple of days ago and just show some news, doesn’t let me log in or anything else
App is non-functional
For the last several weeks, the app has been non-functional. The menu items are no longer there and I can do absolutely nothing with the app. Tried deleting and reinstalling, but nothing changes. Using latest app version and am up to date on iOS. Tried contacting the school IT support and they said they don’t support the app. :-/

No multiple kid friendly
If you have more then one child it’s not worth having I set it up with all the children but it only had the one child logged in this app is a waste of time.
Blank screen
Have tried to download numerous times. App and phone is all up to date. I can see the changing headers. Asks me to choose a school but after that the screen is blank. Family member downloaded the same day. No issues. Tried everything to restart/update. No go. Can’t even attempt to log In.

It’s a amazing app to get and informs you the information on time I’m really happy I downloaded this app, if I didn’t download this, I probably wouldn’t know if there’s school the next day if a hurricane is coming. But a 4 star because it logs my out every month or every 2 weeks i don’t know why but over all it’s an amazing app 10/10 recommended❤️👍

I used this app like twice because everyone other time I tried it was a FAIL

Poor technical planning
Third party apps associated with this is horrible. You would think the developers would have had meetings with the other developers to make sure their items would Integrate better.
Worst app ever! No help for parents
Another major fail from BCPS… do not waste the space on your phone with this app. It does NOTHING.

I could go on and on…. BCPS continues to disappoint. My kid can’t graduate fast enough so I can be done with this useless district.

App isn’t working correctly
There seems to be something wrong with the app. I used to be able to access MANY different “things” but can’t access anything now. I deleted it and reinstalled but still not working.
