Two clubs Toggle
Any chance you can think about facility to toggle between different clubs for t booking? How Did I do for example has this. I see a few reviewers ask for this over the years. Unlike other apps no developer comment/response. Even ' sorry too difficult' would at least let users know that developers actually read reviews.

No Multi club membership feature
After numerous reviews about how they app does not have a multi club membership function and how it would be a lot better if it does I’m so surprised the developers haven’t even picked up on this and address the situation. It makes use of the app very clunky very frustrating I can’t understand why they don’t do a quick fix these reviews on here that this was high and BRS have done nothing about it

Changes made for the worse
This app was perfectly fine until a couple of months ago, which I assume was an update of some sort.
Now, I have to repeatedly re-log in after a few days and when I’m not connected wifi, it makes me search for my club again and then tells me it doesn’t use it (I can assure you it does). Terrible update and really not good as this is our club bookings app. Please sort it out!

Frustrating flaw
So the main purpose of this app is to make golf course bookings but one of the key features for any booking app is that it should allow you to add your booking to the calendar. For some reason, this app refuses to add bookings repeatedly saying it doesn’t have permission even though I have explicitly added the permission to add bookings to my calendar. Very very frustrating!

Fuming
I'm absolutely fuming with this app i tried to logon and it would not accept me because I told it, I could not remember my password it asked me to provide my email address I provided my email address and it instructed me to contact my club. It did not recognise my email address. My club manager is away for a week on holidays, so I cannot use the booking system if there was something else I could use, I'd be swapping over right away

Refresh not working
Second that which another user has written. Refresh not working since the update and am now losing out on Tee times, having to go to another page and then back into bookings. Please look into this.
Refresh not working on Latest update
My App has updated and. An no longer use refresh button when trying to book a time. This is an issue as tee times go within secs at my Home club. If I try for a time and someone else gets in 1st and you get locked tee time pop up, I now can’t refresh to try another time. Had to click onto another day and then back to get it to refresh, by then all tee times were gone.

Multiple clubs
The app works fine for me except I am a member of two clubs so have to long in and out of each club. Would be great if it remembered both logins and there was some like the ability to switch user or club from within the app. Also I don’t get club message notifications on my iPhone which is kept up to date with all latest updates. I have to go into the app to see them.

App update required - multiple club option and lock feature.
I am a member of a golf club and a reciprocal at others. So play multiple courses during the week. However, the app only allows you to select one club at a time then log out to use at another club. Could we not have a drop down menu to select the different clubs we want to book for that week? I use the website as a workaround for now but would be nice to use all in one app.
Also allow the user who books the round to lock the slot to stop random members or guests from putting their name against my booking. If it’s not a 4 ball others can add their name to my booking who have not had permission and I end up removing them.
App Developers please fix asap.

Not so good if you play at multiple courses
As a member of Aberdeen golf, we have access to five courses belonging to Sport Aberdeen. These courses aren’t linked in the BRS app, meaning that you have to log out and search each time you want to book on a different course.
It would be nice to have a favourites section and the ability to swap courses without logging out and back in again.
Tee times are sometimes showing as locked by another user until x amount of time, even though I booked it 5 minutes before.
Other members have sometimes been using my name to get their friends on a round so that they don’t have to pay as guest. I receive the email about a booking and remove my name from the round but nothing stops the user putting it back on.
The app is ok but could be doing with a serious overhaul.

Poor User Experience
There are so many bugs in this app it’s almost unusable at times. At our club we open the time sheet 2 weeks in advance and there’s always a scramble for tee times when it happens - so often you miss the slot you want because the app freezes, screen goes blank, refreshes at a time nowhere near where you hoped/aimed for. In addition the font is small, icons are misaligned and the pages are slow to load. I’m not the only one to suggest that major improvement is required, when will the developers take heed and make the improvements we all crave..?

Terrible recent update!
The new layout has completely ruined the use ability of the app. Tee sheet layout is really bad compared to what it was. Master scorecard section no longer saves your uses ID, there is no button to go back to the previous page and it is not as nice to use.
I think this has been one of the worst updates in any app I’ve ever seen. It’s like we have stepped back 5 years instead of improving the user experience.
There is no need for the opening ‘home’ page. The competition page is useless, it does not detail all the competitions from my club, it only shows a Wednesday. The bookings tab is pretty useless too.
The whole app could be miles better. Very disappointed!

Gets worse the more you use it!!
To the developers,
Instead of sending emails trying to justify this abysmal update, how about listening to the people who use this on an almost daily basis and realise you’ve ruined what was a great and near perfect app.
If we wanted an app that was the same as the member portal on the website, then we’d use the website and not the app!!! 😡
We use the app because it’s so much better and easier than the website…. But now you’ve ruined it by making them the same.
I’d give this zero stars if it was possible 😡

Poor update
Why have you changed the app? It was perfectly fine but this new update looks terrible. Fonts are now too small. Difficult to navigate on a small screen and when trying to book a time, it now doesn’t stay on the time you we’re waiting for when it refreshes. Bring back the previous version please!
Awful update has ruined the use of this app
New update has screwed everything up. When trying to book club competitions there is a countdown on the timer. When it reaches zero you should be able to press on the entry and it should take you straight to the booking sheet. As this update doesn’t work properly I didn’t get the the tee time anywhere near where I wanted it.
Why would you change something that worked okay in the first place. We have to pay money for the use of this crap piece of software.

Version 1.7.0.2
Our online booking tee sheet is now appearing in different formats. The appearance of the tee sheet and layout has changed and the updated version didn’t launch until 3 minutes after the appointed time, by which time the medal sheet was already populated with names. Why do we find ourselves in this position ?

Something not right
Well used to using the BRS system , but in the last six weeks or so, the page has become very slow to refresh when tee times from our golf course (Monifieth golf Links)become live. I also had a tee time declare that it was booked twice by myself and would not allow anyone back in to add their name and me to edit same.

Couldn’t be easier
We have recently moved to a tee booking system at our club and many members were deeply unhappy about it, myself included but was introduced to this app by the club secretary and haven’t looked back since. It is extremely simple to use, quick and effective. No more calls to the office to book a tee time. Couldn’t recommend on it more highly.

Easy to use and does what you need it to do.
I tend to book tee times from my phone and this is app is well displayed, and easier to use than the desktop display on a phone. I think a nice addition would be the ability to set up notifications for when tee times become available for a competition.
Needs a Current Time
Useful app for normal bookings. Bookings for a Saturday at my Club are at a premium where you have to book to the second after 'go live' to get the time you want. The BRS website shows the current time to the second but this is not on the app and is needed.
