Can’t sign in
When I try to sign in it says that a code will be sent to my phone number but I don’t get anything
Can’t sign up or sign in
I can’t sign in or sign up, it won’t send me the code. I tried with multiple phones, no luck.
Terrible UI / UX design
1-Delivery track experience is so bad drivers always call you to get your location
2- no cancel order
3- always need to write your address when ordering food
4- UI is so complicated
I deleted this app for the above reason please fix it soon as possible

Horrible App & Service
The user interface is garbage. For example the hamburger menu on the top left is not optimized for iPhone 12+, the restaurant menus are clumsy, and driver tracking is almost non-existent. Trying to locate a sub menu overall is not user friendly.
Worst of all, the customer service has been rude in my experience and it seems as if they are calling on a loudspeaker in a toilet making it difficult to understand anything their representative says. Orders are usually late, requiring a minimum of 45 minutes for a restaurant that is 5 minutes away.
Lezzoo and Talabat are much better and I hope their exclusive restaurants switch to a better delivery platform.
