Lacking of proper maintenance of server
I basically downloaded the app to verify when my driving license “smart card” will come as i have e-driving license i tried over 100 times but this app always says sever is busy. What the hell man? Is it a joke you guys don’t have any proper skilled people to handle the server’s . Sorry almost forgot this BANGLADESH.

Server is always busy. There’s no point in trying again later. You guys should be more dedicated to your responsibilities; prove that you’re not just “so-called Bengalis,” but true ones. Let the world know that we can and we do! But alas, what are you doing? Corruption is everywhere, spreading like cancer. You can’t even maintain an app or its server properly? No use at all
Whenever i try to check anything on the ios version, it either shows server busy or i dont have the latest update, even after updating a second before. For heavens sake just maintain a website if you cant maintain an app. it is bad enough that brta isnt delivering my dl for months. please do not make it worse.
