App keeps crashing
The app used to work fine. But the last probably, couple of months, it crashes within 30 seconds of opening the app. I can’t use it to reliably shop or checkout. I’ve had to use the website for recent drops. It’s really disappointing considering there are times where certain items from drops are app exclusive. So I can’t order them from the website. Really disappointing since I love BrüMate.

The app is decent but features like personalization are not available in the app and only through the website.

I now have 4 and another on the way. I absolutely love these tumblers. I even ordered one for my 5 year old granddaughter.

I’ve written more than once I want the caps and shipping because they were on back order is the same as the item. Not happy!

I want to love it
I have a 40oz tumbler and I have to say I HATE drinking out of it. It is my least favorite tumbler to use. I’m not sure if it’s missing some sort of seal, but when I use the straw, it makes a loud “slurping” noise that everyone around me can hear. It is like nails on a chalkboard. I should not be able to hear a “slurping” with every drink. It collects dust! Very disappointed.

BEST CUP EVER
I absolutely love the Era cup!!! I have now purchased 4 for myself, and 2 as gifts, and gotten others to buy them as well!! I’ve owned other Brumate cups in the past as well, and they are by far my favorite brand of cups!! Outstanding company with a phenomenal product!
Color always unavailable
The only ready why I didn’t give 5 stars is because straw cap colors are never available. I was finally able to order one in dark aura and the sea glass color I have but never been able to get turmeric when it was out, and then when another color came out that I though would have matched well it quickly sold out to and neither color is available that will closely match that cup. But with all that being said the cups are great as I love them, have three different kinds and sometimes they are a little hard to open but I’ll gladly deal with that because the cups are truly leak proof. You will sometimes get a drop or two out of the straws but that’s it. I’d still get some more of these cups if they came in other shades of blue, purple, or red with iridescent colors.

Dont buy from here
Do not waste your time buying from these people. I placed an order on 12/9/2024 for a product that came back in stock for a christmas present and picked economy shipping (4-8 business days) and it is now 12/19/24 and my order still hasnt shipped and it is literally IMPOSSIBLE to talk to a real human. Guess the person I ordered it for wont be getting it for Christmas this year🙄When you email them, AI responds back. Ive emailed multiple times and no response from a real person

Love the app. I didn’t know about it until after I had made several purchases on the website, which is fine as far as websites go… but the app is easy and I can access my rewards faster without having to scroll around and figure it out online.
