Always buggy..AVOID!
I had my system installed in 2017. Over all the years the app has intermittently not connected to the thermostat. Sometimes you’ve changed the temperature on the app, but it does not change on the thermostat. Now the latest update has dropped my system from it. The system itself has had multiple malfunctions too….Blower motor and circuit board failures, etc.

I just downloaded the app
As the other one is no longer supported and it worked great. I opened the new app
And at the last info page it froze. Tried closing and reopened it. No change

Worst app
This is one the worst app builder has provided . Thermostat stops in between . We regret why did builders has tied up with this app
Make it look like my wall thermostat !
Quit rolling out badly designed apps.
Try using a Focus Group of users and not developers.

App works but making me switch
This app works perfectly and it took a ling time for the developers to get it right. Now that its working, they are forcing me to another app. Why?
I am tired of Bryant and the constant changes in their apps. So I am done and moving to Ecobee where the thermostat works!

Constantly Offline
Garbage app. Constantly offline. Not my network issue. It’s always Bryant’s nonsense somewhere far off.
Bryant Smart Home Ap
Ap is OK, just feel like it should be ‘Smart Home’ compatible, and connect to Alexa and Google.

Cool and Auto Modes greyed out on App
Since the iOS update to 18.3.2 the Cool and Auto modes on the app are greyed out and not selectable. They can still be selected on the wall mounted controller.

It stopped working
I have been really liking this app until the last couple of days. The cool and auto buttons are now greyed out under mode and I can't change to those on the app.
DOES NOT WORK ANYMORE
I live in the south and now both apps for my systems do not even allow me to turn on the AC from the app. Shockingly pathetic.
Cooling
The AC side of the app doesn’t work it did in the past! Now when you try to switch between heat and cooling nothing!!
Mobile app
Buggy all the time. Some screwed up guy developed this and continues to send updates, each progressively worse than prior.
Status not correct
When zone setting reports “Heating to” or “Cooling to”, the "Device Status” always shows heater off, AC off, fan off.

Gets worse with every update
App is essentially nonfunctional. Every update to ostensibly "fix" the multitude of problems in this application have simply made it less and less reliable to a point where deleting the app is your best bet.
My Wi-Fi /network connection are always fine, but the MyEvolution Data and OTA servers are constantly disconnected so the app is never available. Seriously guys – hire some competent coders and fix the issues instead of flailing around and making things worse every time.

Almost completely disfunctional on iOS

This control operates furnace, AC, humidifier, and air exchanger. All integrated to one device. Fantastic.
Alexa Skill Isn’t!
Asking Alexa to adjust temperature doesn’t work!
Needs better development
Too many updates, app often doesn’t work, too hard to use for average consumer.
