Seamless sync
Great app. Reliable sync with my new Bryton 650. Only feature request would be direct sync to Apple Health, as some of the third party apps supported by Bryton (including Strava) don’t always play nice with Apple Health (eg don’t send full ride data)
Update issues
There is some issue with the updates could be temporary not sure as I cannot seem to get it from the AppStore :(

Cannot create account
I have tried to create an account on the app multiple times and I am not receiving the account confirmation link email. It is not in the spam folder either. I have sent multiple emails to support and have not received any help at all. I have had it for 3 days and if I can’t get this resolved, I will send it back!!!

Buggy
I just got the S810 and while I think the computer is good the app ruins it. Sensors don’t always connect automatically and can’t pair Heart rate with Apple Watch third party app. Even though in the marketing pic it show that watch can be connected. I will be returning it.

It’s good if it connects and stays connected. Also, I have to select the map to get it to lock on to my location before recording a ride.

Great app and the computer as well. Although the GPS connection is slow…In Australia.
Unusable
Downloaded for use with newly purchased bike computer. Unable to setup the user account necessary to proceed with the app since the automated email confirmation messages aren’t being received. Bryton customer support is totally useless in providing a human workaround to confirm my email; their only offered solution was for me to create a new email account solely for the use of their app. My solution - return the bike computer and buy a product with competent customer service .

App not sending confirmation
I was really excited for this computer and when I went to login and setup a profile I started registering. I waited and resent the email confirmation, tried a different email and checked spam. Nothing. I contacted support via email but no response for multiple days. I will be returning the device and getting a garmin since the app sync isn’t working and I can’t import 3rd party routes from ride with gps.

Using with rider 460
It’s been 2 weeks and 5 rides. So far really liking the app and integration with Strava, Komoot. Easy to download routes and send to device. This last update allows you to push the route to Bryton portal and get an updated route with turn by turn info and climbs. I hope they continue to update this app. Really enjoying this combo.
Instructions are a bit lacking but they can be figured it out with practice.

Clunky and non integrative.
In theory good stuff. But you can’t share easily to what’s app. And no reply from anyone when asking for help.
