I get the idea behind the app, but I wish there was even a way to get organizations to sponsor this? Anything.
Some of the women who are most at risk, can’t afford $.99 C for 24 hours of safety.

I want this to work so bad
I was excited by this app and have been trying to use with clients at risk for dom. vio. situations. It works maybe 10% of the time. There are several issues. It will not send guardian request easily. You have to make several attempts. When checking a location it is rarely accurate or very delayed. I have tried to use this while trying to get law enforcement to a location to just discover they are no longer at the location sent to me when the alarm went off. Please please fix these issues! This app could truly be a life saver!!

App not working.
I’ve downloaded the app, set up an account, paid for premium subscription, and now when I log in it’s making me sign up again. So I have signed up again, but the screen never changes. I think there’s a bug in the app, as it worked perfectly when I signed up yesterday?
Buggy and Flat out doesn’t work
Totally unreliable. Tested it at length with my husband. We could not get him connected as my guardian. Deleted and re downloaded the app and it consistently crashed. Could never trust it when it counts.
So disappointed because it is a GREAT idea with awesome features advertised.

Invites don’t work
My neice sent me an invite to be her guardian and no matter how many times we tried clicking in invite link (from both sides) it didn’t work. Very frustrating
Also the app doesn’t even show that I am in guardian mode though I selected continue as guardian when I set it up.

can't register
The code does not come when confirming the registration, and then it says suspicious activity. Already wrote about this in the form on the site, but there was no answer.
Bad first impression
. I was unable to even login due to the screen not scrolling to allow verification input. Attempts to adjust the screen led to me being locked out. Maybe it’s because the app is so old even if it claims updates in the last year….also, the app support page linked in the app no longer exists.
Does not work
Subscription to premium never worked - charged me for free trial & then didn’t activate. In theory seems nice but every time I click anything in the app at all it says it’s a premium feature then asks me to pay. After paying it doesn’t activate. Straight up fully failed.

The ideas for this app are cool, but it needs a lot of work. The advertising is extremely misleading and it’s hard to find accurate information about it.
Firstly, it’s not free. I’m more than happy to pay $1/24 hours or less than $2/month ($20 billed annually) for something that could save my life. But I don’t like that the app’s not upfront about it.
Secondly, the app doesn’t work great. There should be a save feature so you can save your preferred settings.
For instance, I love the fake call option. However, I have to take the time to select how soon I want to get the call EVERY TIME. I just want to save the settings so that I can select the fake call option when I’ve been dragged into an uncomfortable situation/conversation and easily get away. This would still require me to press 2 buttons in the app if I didn’t already have it open. But the way it’s set up now, I’d have to actively look at my phone and reset the fake call settings in plain view of someone unwanted.
Also I thought it would be cool to customize your SOS button so it could make fake calls while sending an alert to your friends, not just have a blatantly obvious alarm. But the app’s technology is nowhere close to that.

- I have to reset the alarm, view, and fake call settings EVERY TIME
The app’s just really not where it should be. I honestly don’t understand the website. There is no tutorial, no information about payment, and it doesn’t even have a link to the app. I mean, how are people supposed to buy/use your product if they can’t find it on your website?
Look, I get it. You have to make money, especially for such an advanced app. And I like the story and the motivation behind it.
But you need to be upfront with people and provide a quality product that’s worth it. Otherwise they’ll see it as dishonest and not trust the app. Seriously, I’d pay $40 or even more a year if the app did what it was supposed to and wasn’t misleading.
So you just really need to think about it from a user/customer’s perspective.

Failed subscription, no response
I was hoping the other reviews were random, but I had the same problem. I paid for the premium subscription but the app stayed at free level. No response to email. No response to support request. Several days later. Still completely unusable app.

Lost location multiple DAYS
I purchased this after reading reviews thinking it would be a good app to have on her phone. I did research, read reviews and endorsements and they were favorable to this app. However, her location has “been lost for 32 DAYS!” DAYS!!!!!!!! What good is an app that is supposed to help you know your loved one’s location and she’s been lost for over a month. I paid the premium price hoping we could avoid issues that tend to come with “free versions.” I’m so incredibly disappointed and now need to research and find an app that works.

Verification text is useless.
I’ve tried multiple times in multiple ways to register and use this app but no matter what I try, it doesn’t send the verification code. So I’ll probably go with a different app, one that works.

Absolutely disgusting that you have to pay for most features on this app to work when the intention is to keep you SAFE. Safety should always come first over profit...
Glitchy, subscription scam, unsafe
Tried to access the premium features by subscribing but the app kept asking me to subscribe again and even then for more money, a separate fee for 24 hours in addition to the subscription to unlock the features that I had already unlocked. What?
In the end I was not actually able to access the premium features even though I did subscribe. It just failed.
If the app wont work properly under normal conditions I certainly would not trust it in a stressful environment.
