although i havent used it yet, just having the app open makes me feel so safe when im alone or walking through my town with friends! it calms me down knowing i have such easy access to help if i need it!

From the bottom of my heart, thank you. My arms seized up in a panic attack once I finally looked inward. I took the chance and called, apologizing that it wasn’t real Emergency. But a wonderful angel named Karen brought me back as my hands seized and my jaw locked, relating directly to something i thought she wouldn’t understand. Charged Me for 7 Years For Nothing
I’ve had this app since 2017. In 2018, they changed the name from SafeTrek to Noonlight, and the service I was paying $2.99/month for became free. Nobody told me this. 8 years later, I’m finding out that they have been charging me $2.99/month under the name SafeTrek for a service tier that no longer exists and only giving me access to the free version. I’ve been paying $2.99/month for 8 years for something that has been free. Now I have to go through Apple to get a refund because Noonlight won’t fix it.
