I am constantly meeting new people, and this app gives me peace of mind when I am out and about.
They were very quick to respond when I hit a deer, making sure I was okay, and I didn’t need emergency services!

Charged Me for 7 Years For Nothing
I’ve had this app since 2017. In 2018, they changed the name from SafeTrek to Noonlight, and the service I was paying $2.99/month for became free. Nobody told me this. 8 years later, I’m finding out that they have been charging me $2.99/month under the name SafeTrek for a service tier that no longer exists and only giving me access to the free version. I’ve been paying $2.99/month for 8 years for something that has been free. Now I have to go through Apple to get a refund because Noonlight won’t fix it.

It works! Found out the funny way
So this definitely works lol. I haven’t been in a situation where I’ve HAD to use it. But one time I accidentally set it off at church. The cops came looking for me after 😭😭 but at least I know how fast it works!!

Great Beat App Ever Made date number 4 is almost here.
When on my first in person date used the app for security to make sure that they didn’t mess around with me the funny thing my date had her hand in her pocket with her phone with the same app as I said I think we need to put away our swords away.
it works
i somehow accidentally set off the alarm while walking around a museum and got a bunch of calls and texts. both showed me that a) it absolutely works when you need it, and FAST, and b) if you set it off by accident it’s no trouble to cancel it by sending them your pin. hey also have a backup where you can text the pin if it didn’t work in the app (happened to me). so basically now i feel super comfortable knowing i’ll have this if i really do need it but also DO NOT FORGET YOUR PIN!!!!! i’m so glad i remembered it

I’m unable to update my profile. When I click “Done” nothing happens and my profile never updates. I’d like to put my address and other information in as I’m currently using this while experiencing domestic abuse. It would be nice for emergency services to have a bit more info if needed.

I’ve had this app for years and never had to use it but tonight, I fell asleep with my phone in my hand and accidentally set off the alarm and they called & texted me several times and the police showed up to my house. I explained to the officers what happened and we shared a laugh. If I were actually in an unsafe situation then they would be there, so it’s nice to know the app works very well!

Contacted people when it didn’t tell me
I was setting up the app then it sent random text messages when I didn’t know it was sending them to everyone under a name I don’t go by in real life and caused unnecessary concern. I wasn’t in danger or pressed the panic button and yet contacted people in the early hours of the morning.

This app is actually amazing and btw ppl who read the reviews I am not a bot. I know this app can actually keep me safe without having to pay a lump sum of money a month. Protection and safety should be free and they providing both of those mechanisms on this app. Thank you Noonlight!!!
