Unable to use

If you have been to any other university (including a community college for dual enrollment), this app will not let you use it because your email through the first email cannot be changed.

App doesn’t work

I’ve logged in and everything, but the only feature it gives me is to see messages, and I can’t even send of receive any. I’ve noticed that a lot of these 1 star reviews report having iPhone 12’s or 12 Pro Max’s. I have an iPhone 12 Pro, is this the reason why it’s not working for me?

This app does not perform well. I can’t start a new conversation. How will be able to set things up for the people I want to know that I am safe? It does not give that capability.
