Dear Sirs, Credit Card Statement Amount does not appear while making payment, only the Total Amount is available during payment online. Thanks.
New device
Switching to a new phone should be simple, but this app makes it far more difficult than it needs to be. The number of unnecessary steps required to activate and use the app on a new device is frustrating, especially for non-technical users. The process feels outdated and creates a poor user experience. BSF needs to simplify and modernize the migration process to make it quick, seamless, and hassle-free.

Trash Customer service
Saudi Fransi Bank’s customer service is trash not a single person answers your calls, it just keeps ringing. They shouldn’t even have a customer service hotline; it’s useless and completely worthless.

Slow notifications
App is much better & faster but:
-cannot get rate for deposit/murabaha without full balance in account. Need rate to compare before transferring funds from my accounts in other banks
-cannot login online because app notification are slow and show after 3+ minutes!! Plz add option to login with OTP text message👎

Access denied
The recent update has made working on a desktop impossible because the app insists on a passcode or biometric pass to gain access. Despite the passcode being registered, BSF still does not permit access to the desktop, forcing banking on the mobile. Very unsatisfactory. When I tried to complain on the App, it did not permit this either saying “Something went wrong”. It certainly did! Fix this BSF.
