تجربة سيئة جدًا مع البنك. قمت بطلب بطاقة فيزا فعلية منذ أكثر من شهرين، وحتى الآن لم يتم تسليمها. عند التواصل مع خدمة العملاء، تم إبلاغي بأن شركة الشحن حاولت التواصل معي ولم أرد، وهذا غير صحيح تمامًا.

تواصلت مع خدمة عملاء D360 عدة مرات دون حل فعلي للمشكلة، ولا يوجد أي متابعة واضحة أو اهتمام بحل طلبي. التأخير الطويل وسوء التواصل يعكس تجربة غير احترافية ومحبطة جدًا.

لا أنصح بالتجربة حتى يتم تحسين مستوى الخدمة والالتزام بمواعيد التسليم.

Can’t switch accounts

The app is excellent but you can’t switch accounts like the other Saudi Bank app and you have to delete the app and reinstall it every time you want to switch accounts

international transfer

Very carefull from this D360 bank.I sent 5k riyal 29th of april.until now i did not receive money to bangladesh than i asked for cancel transaction they are replying me they will update me as soon as possible.I think they will not refund money.if i ask them where is my money they are just telling me transfer is completed?My question is if transfer is complted where is the money?How people will trust them?I think i need to go court.
